EDUCATIONAL SAFETY OF HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES FROM BIELSKO COUNTY AND THE CITY OF BIAŁA PODLASKA PROVIDED BY POPE JOHN PAUL II STATE SCHOOL OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE YEARS 2010-2012

The purpose of this article is to estimate the quantity of graduates of Bielsko County and the city of Biała Podlaska continuing their education at Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska. The result of the conducted analyzes is the statement that the School provides educational safety education on average for 16.4% of all graduates of the researched area, which signifies that nearly one fifth of the graduates of Bielsko County and the city of Biała Podlaska selected PSW in their education at the university level degree in stationary mode. When analyzing the choices of graduates of secondary schools it should be noted that graduates from the city of Biała Podlaska choose College more often, than graduates from the Bielsko County.
PSW in Biała Podlaska is an important unit within the area of educational safety. The school notes annually an increase in the number of graduates of secondary schools of the city of Biała Podlaska and Bielsko County, choosing studies in PSW, the increase is estimated at an average level of 18% of the analyzed application periods of 2011/2012 and 2012/2013.
The article presents issues aimed at improving the quality of information obtained in the recruitment process.
