EDUCATIONAL DIALOGUE AS A PROPOSITION FOR A TEACHER AND A PUPIL FOR THE JOINT UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION

The aim of this study was to identify the educational dialogue according to the concept of personal and existential pedagogy of Father Janusz Tarnowski, which can be used as one of many methods of teaching and education in contemporary education. The school, as an institution of educational and educative nature providing education and upbringing, adopts in order to achieve its objectives different methods to encourage the pupils to their personal, mental, emotional and physical development. The process of education from the perspective of dialogue education is the help for pupils in the development of their humanity. Exploration and discovery of the truth about man, the promotion of his dignity as a person and assisting him in the development of humanity, which is nowadays threatened by various postmodern theories, secularization of life, moral relativism, or the negation of all values, is seen as a task for parents and educators. This joint educational work can be accomplished through dialogue as a method of education, for the benefit of teaching practice.
